Our Fitness Kickboxing program is a total body workout!
It is taught by Martial Artists, not aerobics instructors, differentiating it from many other programs out there today.
You get a cardivascular workout through aerobic floorwork and gain self defense skills through resistence training. We've found that using resistence training (bag work) enables you to develop functional punching and kicking power, while toning the body at the same time. The students' balance and flexibility increases as well. We can help you gain muscle and build bone density through weight bearing exercises.
Workout Structure:
* 10 minute warm-up
* 20 minutes of rhythmic technique development
* 20 minutes of intensive bag work
* 10 minute cool-down
