Are you ready for a warrior's workout? How about doing 10, 3-minute rounds of boxing and kickboxing combinations? Students of combat conditioning learn the fundamental techniques of boxing and kickboxing including jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, elbows, knees, slips, bob & weaving, covering, front/round/side kicks - all done in combination on heavy bags and focus mitts.

You've never thrown a punch in your life!?! - no problem - combinations are built from single techniques! It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or advanced, it doesn't matter if you are in shape or not - you learn and exercise at your own pace. No rhythmic routines, no staying with the group. To round out your workout, calisthenics are done during the 1-minute "rest" periods between rounds. Whether you are looking to get into better shape or want to sharpen your skills - combat conditioning is the way to go!
